With warm weather here to stay, we’re excited to share updates, reminders, and upcoming events to help you stay informed and connected. Please take a moment to review the important notices below—and pencil in those block party dates!
📅 Summer Block Parties Are Back!
We’re bringing the neighborhood together with monthly block parties this summer! These potluck-style gatherings are a great way to meet neighbors, enjoy good food, and build community spirit.
🗓 Save the Dates (all on the 4th Thursday of each month):
June 26
July 24
August 28
September 25
🎉 More details and locations will follow in upcoming updates, but the first event will be on Thursday June 26th, starting at 5:00pm, located on the cut out, south of 3384 Heron Lakes Parkway. Please bring an appetizer to share and your beverage of choice.
🌿 Landscaping & Maintenance Reminders
Mill Brothers has begun summer landscaping services:
Mowing & Trimming: Every Thursday
Edging: Once per month
Weed Control: Throughout summer and fall, weeds will be addressed mechanically and chemically
💧 Irrigation Notice – Heron Lakes Parkway & Danzante Bay Court
Lawns in these areas are subject to watering restrictions by the Metro District. Watering is only allowed on specific days and times.
💧 If rainfall exceeds 0.25 inches, irrigation may be suspended.

🌊 Drainage Update – Danzante Bay Court Area
There are ongoing issues with excess water drainage in the open spaces east of Danzante Bay Court. These are being addressed by the Home Builder and Developer. Updates on plans and timing will be shared as they become available.
🛑 Golf Cart Reminder – Safety First
Please be aware:
🚫 Driving golf carts by underage individuals on public streets is illegal.

⛳ TPC Colorado Korn Ferry Golf Tournament – July 7–13
Mark your calendars for the TPC Colorado Championship at Heron Lakes!
This premier event takes place July 7–13, 2025. Expect increased traffic, but also a great opportunity to enjoy world-class golf right in our backyard. Note there are still numerous ways to get involved and promote the Heron Lakes Community.
