Lawn Maintenance:

Mill Brothers will start regular mowing every Thursday starting May 1st.

2025 Spring Irrigation:

We’ve received notice from the golf course that water will be turned on starting May 8th.

Mill Brothers will begin turning on the irrigation system on the east side during the week of April 28th, with an additional visit planned for Saturday, May 3rd for any homeowners who are unavailable during the week.

They will move to the west side during the week of May 12th, with a follow-up visit scheduled for Saturday, May 17th for those not home during the week.

2024-2025 Snow Removal:

Snow Removal crews will come out when we have accumulation of 1” or more. Please keep in mind they will not deploy until the snow showers are ending, and commercial properties get serviced first.

Fall 2024 Landscaping Updates:

Fall Cleanup of yards will happen during the week of November 3-9, 2024.
