The Northern Lights HOA is a non-profit corporation created to ensure the attractiveness of the Lifestyle Community. Our HOA is comprised of all Toll Brothers homes along Heron Lakes Parkway, and Newfound Lake/Piper Glen, as well as the patio homes on Danzante Bay Court. Currently, we have 104 homes in the HOA and the number will continue to grow through 2025. The HOA is currently managed by Kellison Corp and guided by the Board.
